APPOINTMENT TIME AND DIRECTIONS Please arrive fifteen minutes early for your appointment so that you can receive the full benefits of your service. Visit our location page for detailed driving directions and parking information.

SALES AND SHIPPING Gift card is not redeemable for cash. All sales are final and gift cards are non refundable. Elements Spa accepts no responsibility for delays by the US mail once gift card has been processed.

SPA ETIQUETTE Our spa is a place for relaxation and escape. Thus, we ask that you please turn your pager or cellular phone to silent while in the spa. Children are welcome in our spa. As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you please ensure that children under the age of 12 will be accompanied by an adult, while you are enjoying your treatment. Guests under the age of 18 must obtain parental approval to receive spa services.

CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS All spa and salon appointments will be confirmed with each guest the day before their spa experience. As a courtesy to our service providers as well as other guests please reschedule or cancel any appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full charge of the treatment. All Spa and Salon services and packages must be held with a credit card.
