Meet the Staff! Andrea Guerrero, Operations Manager

Elements is proud to present our Operations Manager, Andrea Guerrero!  Andrea keeps the salon and spa running smoothly, and our guests happy and relaxed.  She arrived in Hawaii over 5 years ago to study at the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus.  While attending high school in Virginia, she studied the vocation of cosmetology and had always been in the salon environment whether she was volunteering or working at the salon.  She gained the knowledge and skills necessary for a cosmetologist position, but was still in the process of gaining the service hours required to be licensed.  Jobs in Hawaii require more hours to be a licensed cosmetologist than those in Virginia, so upon moving here, she decided to apply as a receptionist.  Out of her love for AVEDA, her first position in Hawaii was a full-time receptionist with Allure Day Spa.  By the next year though, she decided she would need a part-time schedule to balance school and work, so she applied for other positions.  She was hired at Elements as a receptionist in 2006, and has since been a valued part of the salon.  In 2008, Andrea Guerrero was made Operations Manager and has helped keep this salon and spa running smoothly and efficiently.  Andrea is a vital part of Elements, and helps to make everyday like “a day among friends” for every guest.  Thank you Andrea for your dedication!
