As an Elements Spa guest and avid AVEDA user for 15 years, Carrie has become a regular at Elements since 2009 after relocating to Hawai’i from Fort Collins, Colorado. Carrie is an interior designer and works with her husband, Zach, a real estate agent.
Coming to Elements’ for her hair styles from full highlights to cuts has become a nice relaxing ritual for Carrie and she has made these visits a regular part of her schedule. Her loyalty to Elements is not only due to the great attention to detail and knowledge of the best hair care and styles she receives, but also because the stylists go above and beyond her expectations each visit. Currently for her hair maintenance and care, she sees Hank Chen, one of Elements master stylist, who created a fabulous stylish look (see picture) for her. “We clicked immediately” said Carrie, who enjoys the time with Hank, as he understands how she wants her hair styled and trusts him. It is apparent that there is mutual partnership, respect and trust between the two. On her last visit, the comment from Hank was “That’s my kind of girl! I asked her how she wanted her hair styled, she said whatever I felt like!”
